    Alpa Shah, MBA, President and Chief Executive Officer
    Alpa Shah provides the overall vision, strategy, and financial leadership for the growth of 1st American Systems and Services. She is a serial entrepreneur who has decades of experience in envisioning, starting, managing, and aggressively growing multiple small businesses. Under her leadership, 1st American has posted a profit each year since inception and enjoys a triple digit growth rate. Prior to starting 1st American, she was the Director of Operations for an FAA Class I Commercial Airport. She has an engineering degree from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Purdue University.
    Sanjay Shah, MBA, FHIMSS, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
    Sanjay Shah has 20+ years of broad based experience focused on regulatory compliance, information technology, records management, and healthcare operations. He is a nationally recognized expert on healthcare information technology and is the founding board member and past president of WV Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society. Prior to joining 1st American, he was the Vice President and Chief Information Officer for a complex teaching hospital. He is an engineer with an MBA.
    Roger A. Mandeville, Subject Matter Expert, NAS Operations and Training
    Mr. Mandeville has 35 years of Air Traffic Control (ATC) experience and was employed in roles such as Air Traffic Support Specialist and Certified Tower Controller during his seven years with the United States Air Force. In 1981, Mr. Mandeville joined the FAA as a developmental controller at Chicago Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) where he was later promoted to the position of Front Line Manager. Subsequently, he worked at the Air Traffic Control System Command Center as National Operations Manager before moving to Albuquerque ARTCC as an Traffic Management Officer. Until 2011, Mr. Mandeville worked as a Training Manager for the ATC facilities in Arizona where he developed training curriculum and administered a successful NextGeneration training program. From 2010 to 2013, he was employed as the Lead En Route Instructor for Arizona State University's Air Traffic Management Program.
